We offer:
1st call of the day: an engineer will be at your home from 0800 to 0830 depending on your location.
AM call from 0800 to 1200, we can avoid reasonable school runs, generally 0830 to 0915 hours
PM call from 1200 to 1500, again avoiding reasonably timed school runs.
Because of the early starts our engineers do not accept timed calls later than 1500 hours.

We undertake extended warranty insurance work on domestic appliances, these insurance policies are usually purchased at the point of sale of the appliance, although "instant" policies are now available from Domestic & General. An instant policy is where the insurance company accepts a broken appliance onto warranty, there is usually an upper spending limit as well as conditions. There are more and more companies who are now offering such services, our advice is research (Google) the complaints (about the instant insurer) before making your decision and read the terms and conditions thoroughly, as all of these companies want payment upfront, you need to know how you can get it back if the service is not up to the mark.
